The filling machine mainly consists of machine frame, bottle conveying section, bottle divider, filling valve assembly, star wheel, bottle guide plate, liquid tank, rotary table, main shaft and electrical control system.
This model has a rotary structure equipped with a bottle separating screw for automatic bottle infeed and outfeed without collision. It adopts the low-vacuum gravity filling principle. Liquid enters the liquid tank through the inlet pipe, and the liquid level inside the tank is controlled by a float valve.
The machine is fitted with negative-pressure filling valves. The filling range is adjustable with convenient and quick setting.
During filling, the product flows down along the bottle wall through the filling valve, avoiding overflow, foaming and dripping.
