It is suitable for regular round bottles, square bottles, flat bottles, and irregular-shaped bottles that are compatible with automatic depalletizing. It features fully automatic operation, including automatic bottle depalletizing, robotic layer pad removal, and automatic pallet discharge.

The DXP20000 Bottle Depalletizer is developed for automatic bottle depalletizing in filling industry. It is suitable for round bottles, square bottles, flat bottles and regular special-shaped bottles available for automatic depalletizing.
Adopting servo drive and double-layer bottle clamping mechanism, the machine runs stably. It can automatically unload bottles, remove divider sheets by manipulator and collect pallets automatically. Low-level chain conveyor facilitates forklift loading with reserved manual unpacking station. The whole machine is controlled by PLC, equipped with well-known brand components such as Schneider and FESTO, with complete safety protection devices.
This machine unloads bottles onto multi-lane conveyor. A pressureless conveyor can be used to separate bottles into single lane. It matches standard plastic pallets and uses suction cups to pick divider sheets. Note: Bottles must not tip over during conveying. Conical bottles and other unstable bottle types are not applicable.
