Common Fault Analysis and Troubleshooting of Fully Automatic Round Bottle Labeling Machine(1)

1. Label Backing Paper Breakage: Label backing paper breakage is closely related to three factors: the quality of the label backing paper, scratches on the backing paper during label routing, and label adhesion.

① Check the backing paper for damage. If damaged, replace it with high-quality backing paper. We recommend using glassine backing paper and require the label supplier to control the die-cutting depth to avoid damaging the backing paper.

② Check for scratches during label routing and minimize scratching factors.

③ If labels are adhered, they are easily torn. Control the length of the next label to prevent adhesion to already labeled products.

2. Labeling deviation exceeds accuracy requirements: Label deviation is related to several factors, including label tape misalignment, label tape not being parallel to the product conveyor direction, traction wheel slippage, inaccurate packaging material positioning detection, and labels not being applied to the product along the labeling roller. Check these factors and then address them accordingly.

① Label tape misalignment: Loosen the traction mechanism and pull the label back and forth slightly to allow it to automatically align. After the label is aligned, tighten the limit rings on both sides to guide the label.

If the label tape is not parallel to the product conveyor direction, it can be aligned by adjusting the tilt of the labeling head.

② Slippage of the traction wheel is related to wear on the traction wheel or loose locking screws. Both causes can be addressed by tightening the locking screws.

③ Packaging material errors: Edge errors during packaging material manufacturing can cause labeling deviations. This can only be resolved by controlling the quality of the packaging materials.
