This machine adopts isobaric filling, mainly used for filling carbonated drinks such as beer, and it can also fill non-carbonated liquids. It is equipped with built-in electromagnetic filling valves. The electromagnetic filling valves enable flexible opening and closing of flow channels, ensuring stable filling liquid level and superior filling quality.
The filling process includes two times of vacuum pumping, one-time gas injection and backpressure isobaric treatment before filling. It features high vacuum degree and low oxygen pickup during filling.
Various types of sealing heads are optional to meet different technological requirements, including Type A horizontal swing sealing heads and Type B rotary-cut sanitary stainless steel sealing heads. It is also compatible with multiple capping heads for plastic caps, shrink heads for pull-ring caps, crown cap pressing heads and more. The equipment boasts rational design, stable operation and high production efficiency.
Moreover, the ZFAS series automatic cap feeding and pressing machine is developed as an extended model of this unit, which can be connected and operated in tandem with the capping machine.
