This series monoblock machine integrates bottle rinsing, filling and capping into one unit. The distribution of filling heads is designed with standard pitch, and can be converted to small or large pitch according to bottle specifications and output requirements. It can be non-standard customized to meet the normal-temperature filling process requirements of still drinking water and alcoholic beverages. As an advanced normal-temperature filling equipment, it features rational structural layout, safe operation, easy maintenance and high production efficiency, making it an ideal filling machine for such liquids.

The bottle washing station is fitted with manipulator grippers. Empty bottles are rotated 180 degrees along the conveying track. Both inner and outer bottle walls undergo two rounds of rinsing, delivering outstanding bottle washing efficiency. The flipping arms, fixing bases and all standard fasteners are integrally precision cast from 304 stainless steel, which meets sanitary standards and offers excellent durability. The grippers are made of natural rubber or polyether ester to avoid scratching bottle necks. The clamping notches are tailor-made to match different bottle neck shapes for a tight fit, firmly holding bottles in place without slipping. The filling valve adopts a new intelligent electronic quantitative filling valve. The filling volume is controlled through the linkage of high-precision magnetostrictive sensors and a microcomputer, featuring accurate filling and minimal liquid level deviation caused by temperature differences. The filling volume can be adjusted steplessly for the whole machine simultaneously, and each single filling valve supports independent fine-tuning. All filling parameters can be stored in the memory; when switching production varieties, the filling operation can be completed simply by recalling the stored parameters. The filling valve body, valve seat, liquid outlet nozzle, valve core, damping screen, liquid inlet valve seat and other components are all manufactured from imported high-quality 304 or 316L stainless steel. The sealing parts are made of original imported food-grade sanitary silicone rubber. Various types of sealing heads are optional to meet different technological requirements, including Type A horizontal swing sealing heads and Type B rotary-cut sanitary stainless steel sealing heads. It is also compatible with multiple capping heads for plastic caps, shrink heads for pull-ring caps, crown cap pressing heads and more. The equipment boasts rational design, stable operation and high production efficiency. Moreover, the ZFAS series automatic cap feeding and pressing machine is developed as an extended model of this unit, which can be connected and operated in tandem with the capping machine.
